PUT THOSE PEEPERS TO BETTER USE.

Cuphead, the immensely popular video game developed by Studio MDHR,  launched on Netflix. To celebrate this, we created a memorable immersive experience for fans and gamers that not only had the challenges of the game itself but generated buzz and excitement for the diehard Cuphead community.

Warning: Some souls were snatched in the making of this site. 

JEEPERS!

Using the Cuphead universe language and lore, we created a website that incentivized fans to participate in a gamified experience to unlock exclusive downloadable and shareable content.

A full micro site containing 180 original assets helped generate buzz and hype within the Cuphead community. Some tasks were extremely difficult and caused much unrest on Twitter (but that just means it was successful, right?). There’s a chance @cupheadfan91 is still trying to solve that magic eye puzzle. Godspeed.
